Founder/CEO
Karen is a transformational HR leader and operations optimizer, EVP strategist, and the founder and CEO of HuB Solutions – Human Business Experts. Karen has been a human business professional for almost 30 years in the start-up, tech, biotech, and healthcare space. 2020 was a changing year for the world, causing many to reevaluate their position. Through her own self-reflection process, Karen asked herself: Where have I been? What have I done? Where do I go from here? Is there anything else left for me to accomplish?
That’s when she realized the questions she asked herself were similar questions she’d ask of her corporate clients: Where is the business now? Where do you want to be? What’s your current plan to meet your goal? How will you know when you’re on the right track? That’s how HuB Solution’s vision was created. She leads a team of Human Business consultants.

Kathleen Weron is an employment law attorney with 25+ years of experience.
